Sally-Britton

Sally set up and managing two supported housing associations and is a former Board Member of Knightstone Housing Association, Solon South West HA and Bristol Foyer (during its development phase). She was formerly a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Housing.

Sally has worked as an organisation consultant, trainer and facilitator since 1988, working to develop organisations which enable people to maximise their potential and contribute effectively in the workplace. Her clients include multi national companies, social businesses, governments, government agencies and NGOs.

She has been chair of EIRIS for seven year, a social enterprise employing 60 people in the UK, France and USA. (EIRIS is a leading global provider of independent research into the environmental, social, governance and ethical performance of companies.)

Sally has worked as a facilitator with boards, service users and staff teams on strategic planning, change management and team development and has experience of working in multi-sectoral partnership settings.

Sally has a Master’s Degree in Responsibility and Business Practice (University of Bath, 2000) and was an Associate of the Centre for Action Research in Professional Practice at Bath University. She qualified as a Social Systems Lead Auditor.
