Louise is an experienced freelance Architect, with considerable experience covering many aspects of sustainable building in a variety of sectors – including residential development and education buildings. Projects focus on user-centred design processes to help teams or individuals achieve sustainable outcomes. Charles Delany

 

Charles is an Architect in private practice with experience in the sectors of healthcare, industrial and housing with experience of working for individuals, developers and housing associations.
He works both on ‘own account’ projects and on larger more complex collaborative projects providing predominantly technical services around detailed construction design. More.

Tom Henfrey

 

Tom currently works at the interface between research and grassroots sustainability action, particularly in permaculture, Transition, and community energy. He is a worker-director at Northern Community Power, a Community Interest Company that works at the interface of renewable energy and community development. More.

Jake Elster-Jones

 

Jake has 20 years experience as a researcher and consultant in the sustainability field. He has carried out work for a wide range of clients including Welsh Government, Defra, Ministry of Justice, Department of Health, Sustain and UCL Energy Institute. He spent six years at the London School of Economics carrying out action research with community groups, giving him extensive experience of practical local project support. More.

Sally Britton

 

Sally set up and managing two supported housing associations and is a former Board Member of Knightstone Housing Association, Solon South West HA and Bristol Foyer (during its development phase). She was formerly a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Housing. More.

Paull Robathan

 

Paull’s technical expertise is in Technology, Strategy, Design and Intelligent Buildings. He was the first Chairman of the European Intelligent Building Group, and is a management committee member of the Chartered Institute of Building Service Engineers, Intelligent Buildings Group. He is currently a Doctoral Researcher in Housing and Health at University of the West of England, having previously gained an MBA from London Business School is a Fellow of the British Computer Society and a Chartered IT Professional. Fiona Astin

 

Fiona has over 20 years experience working in the Housing Association sector on the residential development side of the business.

As well as large scale regeneration and Section 106 projects, she has had a lot of involvement in community-led housing including co-housing and community land trust schemes.
